摘要: In the present study, repeated dose toxicities of three-sized 70, 110 and 260 nm SNs were demonstrated after intravenous injection in mice. ALT AST elevated SN treated mice at 50 mg/kg, however, levels vehicle 5 mg/kg comparably low. Histological analysis revealed lymphocytic infiltration silicotic nodular like lesion liver high-dose Collagen fibers observed around lesion, hydroxyproline increased dramatically. Serum biochemical index morphological changes showed hepatotoxicity followed dose-dependent relationship.
