摘要: Poor indoor air quality (IAQ) can affect health and cognitive performance prior to users becoming aware of the declining quality. Yet office occupants rarely have access IAQ information upon which base their ventilation decisions. This paper details design deployment a situated display as probe explore building operation practices when is made available. Based on deployments in 11 naturally ventilated offices, we present an analysis how reflection sense making around inform interactions with buildings. We suggest displays that are locally situated, non-disruptive visualise effects poor human analogies may hold potential for engaging IAQ. highlight ambient represent stepping-stone towards more informed improve performance, feedback usefully contribute alternative HCI research agendas such Human-Building Interaction.
