摘要: Background The aim of this study was to evaluate, through immunohistochemical reaction in samples oral squamous cell carcinoma, the correlation between expression status protein kinase B (p-Akt) and patient survival as well histological grade some clinicopathological features. Methods Samples were collected from 46 patients with carcinoma. The p-Akt analysed, features including use tobacco, tumour stage, size infiltration metastatic lymph nodes. association immunostaining analysed 40 patients. associations examined for statistical significance using a chi-square test. Overall rates estimated by Kaplan–Meier method compared log rank test (P > 0.05). Results The results indicated statistically significant variables node metastasis (P = 0.006), (P = 0.044) rate (P = 0.0298). Conclusion From these results, present suggests that high found carcinoma may contribute growth, regional nodes shorter time.
