摘要: To explore protective mechanism of Panax notoginseng saponins (PNS) on rat hemorrhagic shock model in recovery stage. 72 Wistar rats were selected and divided into control group, group PNS with 24 each group. 200 mg/kg was injected intravenously at 60 min stage groups. Changes endotoxin, MPO, IL-6, SOD, MDA TNF α observed 30 120 by ELISA; water content lung intestine detected; HE staining applied to observe morphological change intestinal mucosa, kidney, liver lung; western blot used detect intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) level tissue tissue. At stage, MDA, IL-6 levels significantly increased compared however SOD decreased, the difference statistically significant (P < 0.05); dose-dependently decreased levels, level, which In results detection, higher than however, after being treated PNS, decreased; showed morphologic cells; Western that tissue, ICAM-1 it lower can increase activity, decrease endotoxin expression Thus, is anti oxidative stress anti-inflammatory pathways, may play an important role mechanism.
