摘要: Abstract The expression of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) mRNA in the brain response to cerebral ischaemia rats was examined using situ hybridization histochemistry. Focal induced spontaneously hypertensive by permanent occlusion left middle artery (MCAO). Whereas no IL-1β could be detected non-operated and sham-operated rats, within 15 min ischaemic regions prone become necrotic after 1–2 days. message appeared as spot-like signals, reached a peak 3 h then declined undetectable levels 4 Additionally, pronounced but brief induction 1 MCAO meninges near watershed zone. results demonstrate that inflammatory cytokine is time-dependent way ischaemia.
