摘要: In six patients with ocular Lyme borreliosis, bilateral granulomatous iridocyclitis and vitritis were present in five. One of these five also had optic neuritis. Another patient developed combined trochlear facial nerve palsies. A syndrome resembling pars planitis atypical features such as keratic precipitates posterior synechiae should prompt a search for borreliosis. Topical corticosteroid therapy is necessary to prevent complications anterior segment inflammation caused by uveitis, but the benefit systemic periocular corticosteroids uncertain. Oral antibiotics may be effective treating early stages later stages, intravenous antibiotic indicated.
