摘要: Abstract: Advanced Manufacturing or Industry 4.0 concepts bring new advances and challenges to current industrial processes. Such are not always well understood their results in terms of production performance may be clear. This work proposes a comparison between traditional manufacturing process an advanced process, both modelled by multiagent society. In the simulation, agents follow defined times each including maintenance times. decision about when stop piece equipment for is agent according data received from sensors definitions process. The indicate significant improvement usage consequently higher same time interval. simulation clearly indicates that application industry relevant order increase efficiency Among main introduced models Internet Things (IoT), Cyber-Physical Systems (CPSs), Artificial Intelligence (AI). generated computationally simulated using agent-based method software AnyLogic. obtained should contribute encouraging small medium sized enterprises adopt businesses.
