摘要: Workers cross-trained with multiple tasks can improve the workforce flexibility for plant to handle variations in workload. Therefore, it is necessary study dynamic multi-skilled planning problem of production line application cross-training method. The conclusion helpful economize cost human resources when workload low and enhance productivity opposite case. This paper studies by exploring effect worker pool size level on performance through simulation. A hybrid simulation model built as platform this Discrete-event Simulation (DES) method Agent-based (ABS) Besides, learning forgetting inevitably considered accompanied introduction its impact will be illustrated.
