摘要: Resistomycin, a secondary metabolite produced by Streptomyces aurantiacus AAA5. The binding interaction of resistomycin with calf thymus DNA (CT DNA) and bovine serum albumin (BSA) was investigated spectrophotometry, spectrofluorimetry, circular dichroism (CD) synchronous fluorescence techniques under physiological conditions in vitro. Absorption spectral studies along the competition ethidium bromide measurements clearly suggest that bind CT relatively strong via groove binding. BSA results revealed drug found to quench intensity protein through static quenching mechanism. number sites 'n' apparent constant 'K' calculated according Scatchard equation exhibit good property protein. In addition, observed from demonstrate occurrence conformational changes upon addition test compound.
