摘要: La neutropenia febril en pacientes con cancer es una complicacion frecuente de la quimioterapia. Mientras las intervenciones diagnosticas y terapeuticas han avanzado ultimas decadas; el aumento del numero afectados, los cambios espectro microbiano incremento resistencia a antibioticos, continuan siendo problematicos, por lo que su manejo puede variar ampliamente. En general, tratamiento ha mejorado notablemente sobrevida estos anos recientes, especialmente campo infecciones bacterianas.
