摘要: The factors influencing the decision to initiate resuscitation in prehospital cardiac arrest patients encountered bradyasystole due presumed heart disease were studied. For this purpose, characteristics and circumstances of asystole electromechanical dissociation, seen by a physician-staffed emergency care unit tiered medical system, reviewed. During study period, was initiated 83 bradyasytolic patients. these compared with those 72 or dissociation declared dead on scene without resuscitation. presence EMD most important factor resuscitate (P less than 0.001), even if unwitnessed, while patient's age importance. witnessed arrest, delay before treatment also affected decision. Successful survival similar earlier reports. results provide guidelines making initiation when developing our system into one non-physicians as advanced life support providers.
