摘要: Out-of-hospital cardiac arrests were studied in Israel from 1984 to 1985. More than 3,500 patients arrest received paramedic care. Eighty-three percent of cases caused by underlying heart disease. Overall, 17% with disease admitted and 7% discharged the hospital. There was a wide variation among 15 service areas, ranging 0% 13%. Factors associated successful resuscitation included witnessed collapse, rhythm ventricular fibrillation, short interval collapse cardiopulmonary (CPR) delivery advanced life support, at public location, bystander initiation CPR. Improvements survival are likely result if CPR is more frequently promptly initiated time arrival definitive care can be improved.
