摘要: Decay of fruits after harvest often causes loss as a great 30-40% crop. Much this is due torot microorganisms whichare currentlycontrolled by fungicides and antagonistic yeast treatments but they may have potential toxicity on human health the environment. Biological controlof postharvest diseases presents an alternative attractive option. Therefore aim study was to evaluate effects preharvest application fungicide decayand quality strawberry fruit duringstorage. Strawberry were analysed in all experimental variants for parameters (dry matter, titratable acidity, soluble solids, ascorbic acid content, anthocyanins) at cold storage. The results obtainedindicates thatpreharvest ofantifungic maintaing during storage reduce appearance gray mold. Vitamin C solidsslightly decreased period both control variants. Also, treatment does not affected total anthocyanins content fruitat duringcold storage.
