摘要: Safety of blood and components is the major concern every centre. Blood centre needs quality systems state art infrastructure to maintain good laboratory practices in spite heavy workload. Therefore recruitment voluntary donors, proper collection component separation process screening collected for transfusion transmissible infections (TTI) are essential requirements safety. Immunohaematology functions 24 hours, 365 days responsible supplying compatible blood. To prevent manual errors this should preferably have automation.
