摘要: We report a postfabrication process for the realization of nanosized light emitting diodes. The method is based on exposure device to an Ar+ laser through aperture near field optical microscope and can produce large (>100 fold) increase in electroluminescence within hot spot as small 440 nm. A study morphological, photoluminescence properties highlights interplay between oxidation, annealing, ablation processes various conditions.
