摘要: An investigation of the formation behavior and mechanism onion like fullerene/metal polycrystalline film under electron beam irradiation is presented. Metallic nanoparticles Al, Au Pt having diameters 1{approximately}35 nm, were supported on an amorphous carbon with thickness about 20 nm. The transformed into onion-like fullerene irradiation, intensity 10{sup 20} e/cm{sup 2}{center{underscore}dot}sec using high resolution transmission microscopy. transformation growth morphology have been investigated. It found that nucleation process fullerenes from divided several steps: Firstly, a few elliptic shells induced or nanoparticles; secondly, gradual reorganization took place structures composed quasi-concentric spheroid sphered graphite, i.e., fullerenes, finally, bonded to each other film.
