摘要: PVA and doped films were prepared by solution casting. The Change in electrical conductivity of pure transition elements FeCl3 NiCl2·6H2O with without γ-irradiation the temperature range 50-130°C has been investigated using four point probe technique. dc increases increase dopant concentration, γ-irradiation. results revealed that enhances conductivity. variation σ temperature, before after irradiation is due to intermolecular hydrogen bonding between Fe3+ OH group Ni2+ PVA. We found show higher than films.
