摘要: Abstract Kojitriose [α- d -Glc p -(1→2)-α- -(1→2)- ], kojitetraose, and koji-pentaose have been synthesised by silver perchlorate-promoted Koenigs-Knorr type condensations, using 3,4,6-tri- O -acetyl-2- -allyl-β- -glucopyranosyl chloride hepta- -acetyl-β-kojibiosyl as the key intermediates. The synthesis of α-β-Glc -(1→3)- is also described.
