摘要: A human fetal heart cDNA library was constructed in the lambda gt22A expression vector. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) used to amplify inserts. PCR products were purified and cycle sequencing reactions presence of a fluorescein-conjugated primer electrophoresed on Pharmacia A.L.F. Sequencer. Partial sequences, or expressed sequence tags (ESTs) searched against Genbank EMBL databases identify novel genes cardiovascular system.
