摘要: Cancer stem-like cells (CSCs)/cancer-initiaiting (CICs) are defined as a small population of cancer that have self-renewal capacity, differentiation potential and high tumor-initiating ability. CSCs/CICs ovarian been isolated by side (SP) analysis, ALDEFLUOR assay using cell surface markers. However, these approaches not definitive markers for CSCs/CICs, it is necessary to refine recent methods identifying more highly purified CSCs/CICs. In this study, we analyzed SP aldehyde dehydrogenese bright (ALDHBr) from cells. Both ALDHBr exhibited higher ability expression level stem marker, sex determining region Y-box 2 (SOX2), than those main (MP) ALDHLow cells, respectively. We an overlapping (SP/ALDHBr), the SP/ALDHBr or enabling initiation tumor with few 102 Furthermore, SP/ADLHBr showed sphere-forming ability, cisplatin resistance, adipocyte SOX2 SP/ALDHLow, MP/ALDHBr MP/ALDHLow Gene knockdown suppressed tumor-initiation An was detected in several gynecological ratios 0.1% HEC—1 endometrioid adenocarcinoma 1% MCAS ovary mucinous Taken together, use promising approach isolate might be novel functional marker
