摘要: A method for purifying a protein comprising an Exotoxin A, mutein or fragment thereof, the comprising:(a) solubilizing sample in solubilization buffer containing low concentration of urea and at alkaline pH,and (b) decreasing pH by dilution using buffer, / dialysis into buffer,prior to purification protein.
