摘要: A chimeric fusion protein useful as an immunogen for inducing HIV antigen-specific immune responses contains a first polypeptidyl region and second region. The includes Psedomonas Exotoxin (PE) binding domain PE translocation domain. (i) peptidyl segment containing fragment of gp120 C1 domain, located at the N-terminus region; (ii) C5 C-terminus segment; (iii) third gp41, segment. antigenic determinant specific to one subtype HIV. An intermediate polypeptide non-Env, selected from Gag24, Nef, Tat Rev may be included.
