摘要: Central and local governments often employ sophisticated modelling appraisal procedures to ensure that the transport strategies schemes are selected for implementation meet policy objectives economically efficient. But relatively little effort has been made by profession develop methods assist with generation of appropriate innovative options which form core inputs this whole process.
