摘要: A study was conducted to determine the predictability of energy balance and efficiency by using dietary chemical composition. Closed-circuit indirect calorimetry used apparent metabolisable (AME), respiratory quotient, heat increment (HI), net (NE) ratio NE AME (NE : AME) a series diets with varying levels constituents. Diets were analysed for DM, gross energy, protein, fat, ash, crude fibre, acid detergent neutral starch, sugars (mono- disaccharides), soluble, insoluble total non-starch polysaccharides. Ross 308 male broilers acclimatised chambers 3 days 12 days, respectively, before O2 consumption CO2 expiration measured gravimetrically. Gross feed consumed excreta voided calculated. Heat production calculated Brouwer equation based on CO2. After taking fasting into account value 450 kJ/BW0.70, HI determined. as minus HI. The results showed high (R2 = 0.89) 0.85) components. less predictable 0.25). Efficiency utilisation predicted 0.40). found be useful evaluating contribution components ingredients in broilers. These may reduce costs broiler formulation.
