摘要: Abstract Objective: To review literature pertaining to neurologic disorders stemming from abnormal postures of the spine. Data Collection: A hand search available reference texts and a computer Index Medicus sources was performed, with special emphasis placed on spinal cord stresses strains caused by various postural rotations translations skull, thorax, pelvis. Results: Spinal will often deform neural elements within canal. can be broken down into four types loading: axial, pure bending, torsion, transverse, which cause normal shear in tissues blood vessels. Prolonged multitude disease processes. Conclusion: Four loads create variety tissue, depending exact magnitude direction forces. Transverse loading is most complex load. The vascular supply are directly related function sensory, motor, autonomic nervous systems. indicates that prolonged tissue may lead wide degenerative or symptoms. offensive central system structures occurs any procedure position requiring flexion. Thus flexion traction, rehabilitation positions, exercises, manipulation, surgical fusions other than lordosis for cervical lumbar spines should questioned.
