摘要: A report is given of successful healing artificially produced intramedullary wound surfaces and outgrowth nerve fibres in the experimental dog by simple application basic physiological principles valid repair general, namely to bring such into long-lasting, close tensionless contact. This contact was established utilization biomechanical phenomenon that on extension spine spinal cord slackens its tissue telescoped. Such suppressed practically all adverse reactions medullary tissue, namely, formation an pial-glial scar, cysts autotomy cord. As a result biological reconstruction injured could be realized validity functional neurosurgery put forward couple years ago our school [4] corroborated.
