摘要: La recherche d’un traitement palliatif efficace pour le carcinome hepatocellulaire (CHC) a ete longtemps consideree comme difficile en raison de la resistance habituelle cette tumeur chimiotherapie cytotoxique conventionnelle. En outre, des chimiotherapies agressives comportant plusieurs molecules cytotoxiques non selectives ne peuvent souvent pas etre proposees patients cirrhotiques ayant une fonction hepatique compromise du risque eleve d’effets secondaires systemiques. De nouveaux traitements medicaux CHC avance etaient donc attendus facon urgente.
