摘要: Stocks of intestinal amoebae grown in monoxenic culture, were compared against each other and those previously reported from Mexico City. These isolated subjects San Cristobal de las Casas, Chiapas (rural area) hospital patients Merida, Yucatan (urban area). Electrophoretic patterns the four enzymes: glucose phosphate isomerase (GPI), phosphoglucomutase (PGM), L-malate: NADP+ oxido-reductase (oxalacetate-decarboxylating) (ME) hexokinase (HK) demonstrated presence five groups (∗zymodemes) Entamoeba histolytica already described City, together with two new zymodemes, one which gave a recognizable pathogenic pattern, whilst contradictory pattern. Zymodemes coli, hartmanni, Iodamoeba buetschlii Dientamoeba fragilis, also isolated. One zymodeme D. fragilis was demonstrated.
