摘要: Several federal district court judges have recently referred to the purported lack of information on proficiency forensic document examiners (FDEs) in identifying writers hand-printed documents. In order provide necessary information, we re-analyzed data writer identification that were collected 1996 from 90 and 34 laypersons. These used previously assess FDEs using handwritten documents several different types writing. new analysis separated (HP) non-hand-printed (NHP) compiled error rates statistics each category.
