摘要: Background Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is a common malignant cancer that distributed particularly in Southeastern Asia. Previous studies have manifested long noncoding RNA urothelial associated 1 (UCA1) was involved NPC tumorigenesis and metastasis. However, the biological mechanism of UCA1 for cell progression requires further investigation. Methods The expression levels UCA1, miR-124-3p, integrin beta-1 (ITGB1) were detected by qRT-PCR. Protein ITGB1 determined Western blot assay. Cell proliferation, migration invasion evaluated CCK8 transwell assay, respectively. interaction between miR-124-3p or luciferase reporter system, RIP pull-down Mice model established subcutaneously injecting SUNE1 cells stably transfected with sh-UCA1 sh-NC. Conclusion acts as an oncogene to promote proliferation up-regulating suppressing vitro vivo, providing potential target diagnosis treatment.
