摘要: Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is a disease that highly associated with the latent infection of Epstein–Barr virus. The absence obvious clinical signs at early stage has made diagnosis practically impossible, thereby promoting establishment and progression disease. To enhance stride for reliable less invasive tool prognosis NPC, we synopsize biomarkers belonging to two most implicated biological domains (oncogenes tumor suppressors) in NPC Since no single biomarker sufficient prognosis, coupled fact known established methods such as methylation-specific polymerase chain reaction (PCR), multiplex PCR, microarray assays, etc., can only accommodate few biomarkers, propose 10-biomarker panel (KIT, LMP1, PIKC3A, miR-141, miR-18a/b (oncogenic) p16, RASSF1A, DAP-kinase, miR-9, miR-26a (tumor suppressors)) based on their diagnostic prognostic values. This marker set could be explored multilevel or unified assay NPC. If carefully harnessed standardized, it hoped proposed would help transform realm ultimately, prevent life-threatening late-stage
