摘要: Seventy-eight confirmed cases of second primary breast cancer in the contralateral were encountered over a 22-year period 1332 women with invasive treated our department. Tumors grouped into those simultaneously detected both breasts or within 6 months each other (synchronous, 1.6%) and more than (metachronous, 4.2%). The mean interval between metachronous cancers was 117 months. Patients bilateral tumors likely to have family history unilateral disease.
