摘要: textabstractEarly detection of cancer as well advances in therapy and supportive care have resulted a prolonged survival period time after cancer. In the Netherlands 5-year relative survival for all types cancers combined increased from 47% 1989-1993 to 59% 2004-2008. Once patients survived long enough (i.e. 10 years) since diagnosis their cancer, their life expectancy usually becomes almost same people without a (conditional 5-year survival>95%). A Cancer scenario Report expected prevalence of second increase 14,000 1985 24,000 (excl. skin cancer) in 2000 when assuming an average duration by 1% per annum. The Signallling report 2004 Dutch Society estimated prevalence multiple malignancies (MMs) reach around 100,000 cases 2015 due a twofold number survivors 2005. Since may impair survival is likely affect quality life amongst we should be interested in prevention early its undoubtedly more complex treatment. MMs are defined two or primary occurring individual that are neither extension, nor recurrence, metastasis first tumor1.
