摘要: The biology of masculinization is fundamentally important for understanding the embryonic developmental processes that are involved in development male reproductive tract, external genitalia, and also tumorigenesis prostate cancer. molecular mechanisms interest to many researchers clinicians varied fields, including biology, cancer research, endocrinology, urology. Androgen signalling mediated by nuclear androgen receptor, which has fundamental roles during development. Various modes signalling, 5α-dihydrotestosterone-induced regulation mesenchymal cell proliferation, have been observed masculinization. Such essential regulating urogenital tissue development, genitalia Androgen-induced genes, such as MAFB, belongs activator protein 1 (AP-1) superfamily urethral formation, disruption its can interfere with often results hypospadias. Another AP-1 gene, ATF3, could be responsible some instances hypospadias humans. These androgen-dependent signals downstream events crucial not only but diseases
