摘要: In the present research, bacterial-mediated elicitation of induced systemic resistance in soybean plant was studied. The main objective vitro analysis jasmonic acid and different defense-related enzymes plants primed with bacterium Bacillus sp. SJ-5 against fungal pathogen Rhizoctonia solani Fusarium oxysporum. assays conducted, showed strong antifungal activity R. F. oxysporum showing 45 63 % growth inhibition, respectively. Strain found to be positive for cell wall-degrading chitinase, protease, β-1,3-glucanase, cell-free supernatant significant inhibitory activity. Different enzymes, namely lipoxygenase, phenylalanine ammonia-lyase, peroxidase, polyphenol oxidase, β-1,3-glucanase parts Glycine max L. Merrill were reported highest on 8th day after challenge inoculation expressed significantly root tissue. GC–MS (JA) revealed JA accumulation bacterized tissue challenged oxysporum, which 91.2 99.84 %, respectively, respect control. SJ-5-primed tissue, phenolic content upon 30.47 ± 0.97 32.4 ± 0.3 mg/g fresh weight, summary, investigation a role bacterial isolate promotion enhanced protection by enzymes.
