摘要: The design capacity of a reservoir depends on the generating mechanism inflows. If one uses sequent peak algorithm in deterministic manner, minimum λm required to meet specified level demand α is shown depend and values lag 1 serial correlation coefficient ρ Hurst h Although these experimental results may not realistically describe ranges α, ρ, over which other objective functions can be expected sensitive flow model, they do indicate that such exist have consider carefully both list moments preserve means for their unbiased preservation.
