摘要: Abstract The effect of FeS, PbS and Bi2S3 additives on the charge/discharge reactions porous iron electrodes in alkaline media are examined by means steady-state galvanostatic potentiostatic polarization, as well gasometric methods. It is found that these do not affect reaction kinetics fully-charged electrodes, but retard rapid onset passivation. By contrast, a distinct observed hydrogen-evolution during electrode charging.
