摘要: Abstract Single- and five-layer protective SiO 2 –Al O 3 coatings were deposited on an FeCrAl alloy. TEOS TBA used as precursors in a silica-rich sol. The improve the alloy's resistance to high-temperature oxidation thermal shocks (the protection effectiveness is high 80%). As result of diffusion from core during annealing at 1200 °C, composition sample's surface layer changes whereby latter becomes enriched aluminium. forming aluminosilicates situated between mullite sillimanite (XPS measurements) they are characterized by small degree crystallinity (XRD).
