摘要: Background: Runt domain transcription factor 3 (Runx3) is a putative tumor suppressor in human neoplasia. Previous researches suggested that lack of Runx3 function contributed to gastric carcinogenesis, however, it not clear whether closely associated with clinicopathological features primary stomach and survival rate patients. Aims: The article investigate the influence analysis on gene expression tumor. Methods: mRNA was detected 108 tumors non-tumor tissue by semiquantitative reverse transcription-PCR (RT-PCR). All patients were followed up more than five years after radical gastrectomy. Results: There loss or substantial decrease cases as compared normal mucosa (p 0.403). By comparing clinical information between two groups, found lower only poor factors, but also inferior duration cumulative < 0.05). Conclusions: These results strongly suggest an independent prognostic potential therapeutic target for cancer.
