摘要: A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of amphetamines in urine samples by means liquid-phase microextraction was validated, including calculation measurement uncertainty. After extraction three-phase mode, acceptor phase withdrawn from fiber and residue derivatized with trifluoroacetic anhydride. The showed to be very simple, rapid it required a significantly low amount organic solvent extraction. limits detection were 10 20μg/L amphetamine methamphetamine, respectively. calibration curves linear over specified range (20μg/L 1400μg/L; r(2)>0.99). both precise accurate relative combined uncertainty 2% calculated. In order importance, factors which more determinant were: analyte concentration, sample volume, trueness precision.
