摘要: A fast method was optimized and validated in order to quantify amphetamine-type stimulants (amphetamine, AMP; methamphetamine, MAMP; fenproporex, FPX; 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine, MDMA; 3,4-methylenedioxyamphetamine, MDA) human hair samples. The based an initial procedure of decontamination samples (50 mg) with dichloromethane, followed by alkaline hydrolysis extraction the amphetamines using hollow-fiber liquid-phase micro (HF-LPME) three-phase mode. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) used for identification quantification analytes. LoQs obtained all (around 0.05 ng/mg) were below cut-off value (0.2 established Society Hair Testing (SoHT). showed be simple precise. intra-day inter-day precisions within 10.6% 11.4%, respectively, use only two deuterated internal standards (AMP-d5 MDMA-d5). By weighted least squares linear regression (1/x²), accuracy satisfied lower concentration levels (accuracy values better than 87%). collected from six volunteers who reported regular submitted developed method. Drug detection observed volunteers.
