摘要: This study deals with the development of an original epi-fluorescence-based protocol to evaluate anti-biofouling character atmospheric pressure plasma-polymerized poly(ethylene glycol) samples. In this work, fluorescence microscopy is considered as alternative XPS for evaluation protein adsorption. The full set samples tested before and after bovine serum albumin-fluorescein isothiocyanate treatment. It appears that their property, expressed by variation intensity, reduced when power discharge increased. reproducibility experiments relatively high sensitivity proposed method are underlined.
