摘要: Abstract Common fig (Ficus carica L.) is one of the most important horticultural crops in arid and semi-arid areas around world. In order to study response ‘Sabz’ drought stress, an vitro experiment was designed. Treatments included three concentrations polyethylene glycol 6000 (PEG) 0, 3, 6% (w/v). We also examined possible protective effects a static magnetic field (MF) on explants against conditions. The nodal were exposed different durations MF (0, 15, 30, 60 min), everyday. results investigation showed that adding PEG media, reduced water absorbance, membrane stability index, growth indices explants, whereas resulted more proline accumulation leaves explants. With regard above-mentioned parameters, at concentration effective. Magnetic treatments harmful PEG, best obtained with 15-min treatment. enhanced leaves. conclusion, for short may help plants tolerate stress by absorbing water, accumulating their leaves, increasing thickness
