摘要: For patients with severe obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS), maxillomandibular advancement (MMA) offers a good treatment option by physically expanding the skeletal framework. However, facial esthetics can be aggravated MMA in OSAS who have normally positioned maxilla, protrusive upper lip, and an acute nasolabial angle. Therefore, surgical planning should customized according to diverse skeletodental soft-tissue patterns produce favorable change function OSAS. In this case report, results were achieved young female patient Class II, angle impaction of autorotation/advancement mandible, chin. A flowchart for that considers was suggested.
