摘要: Sixteen cold-adapted reddish-pigmented yeast strains were obtained from environmental samples. According to the PCR-based detection of classical markers combined with phylogenetic studies, yeasts belong mainly genera Rhodotorula, Sporobolomyces and Cystobasidium, all within subphylum Pucciniomycotina. All produced carotenoids a 0.25–10.33 mg/L range under non-optimized conditions. Noteworthily, among them, representatives Cystobasidium genus found; particular value are C. laryngis psychroaquaticum, poorly described in literature date. Interestingly, carotenoid production was improved 1.8- 10-fold at reduced temperature. As expected, most isolated biosynthesized extracellular lipases, but them also one proteolytic four cellulolytic revealed. We succeeded isolating strain Cystofilobasidium macerans WUT145 extraordinarily high activity 22°C (66.23 ± 0.15 µmol/mg protein·min) that is here for first time. Consequently, set capable producing both enzymes identified. Taking into account those abilities, might be applicable development on an agro-industrial waste, e.g., lignocellulose.
