摘要: The analytic hierarchy process is combined with multi-objective mixed integer programming to determine the optimal allocation of a limited number aircraft among group airlift users varying levels priority and length usage. Canadian Forces planners typically encounter such capacity planning problem. solution this problem requires constrained assignment n variable missions (tasks) integrating hundreds requests from several many priorities m airframes (parallel machines).
