摘要: We present a systematic investigation of the magnetization reversal mechanism and magnetoresistance behavior perpendicularly magnetized Co/Pd multilayer films nanowires (NWs) as function Cu buffer layer thickness temperature. The effect interlayer coupling is studied by varying Au spacer in between two stacks [Co/Pd]4/Au/[Co/Pd]2 structure. observed that compared with continuous (un-patterned) deposited at same time, NWs display much stronger temperature dependent due to magnetostatic interactions through stray fields. At low temperature, competition coercive field difference soft hard determines overall process behavior.
