摘要: A capillary blood microsampling technique was tested among urban young children in Stockholm. Blood lead (BPb) and hemoglobin (Hb) concentrations were determined obtained by fingerstick from 41 children, 13–20 months old, the accompanying parent. The quality control included for (Pb) cadmium (Cd) contamination of material equipment used sampling, washing procedures hands fingers to be punctured, comparisons Pb Cd brachial vein puncture same individuals, analysis external samples together with collected samples, evaluation analytical performance using linear regression analysis. results showed that sampling may contaminate amounts would seriously influence monitoring low concentration range ( 10 μg Pb/L), but not BCd (<1 Cd/L), provided a strict is applied. procedure well accepted their parents. children's median BPb (27 μg/L; 9–73 μg/L) similar parents 7–74 μg/L). However, correlation between child parent poor (R2=0.20), which indicate different sources exposure
