摘要: A study was undertaken to investigate the magnitude of potential trace metal contamination contributed by various commercial evacuated blood tubes samples under experimental conditions. None tested significant Cu whereas 1% nitric acid and human leaching data clearly indicate that Zn, Pb Cd can be a problem with certain collection normal handling, shipping storage The implications these findings are discussed. It is recommended several leach prior use or plasma eluate analyzed for problems.
