Comparison of three analytical methods for the determination of trace elements in whole blood

摘要: Abstract Three different analytical techniques were compared in a study of the role trace elements multiple sclerosis. Data for eight (Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Mg, Mn, Pb, Zn) from neutron activation, flame atomic absorption and electrothermal methods evaluated statistically. No difference (probability less than 0.001) was observed elemental values obtained. Comparison data between suitably gives increased confidence results obtained is particular value when standard reference materials are not available.
